2. What we do
We provide an administrative service for claiming refunds of taxes and charges on unused flights. We check eligibility free of charge and, where a claim is worth making, prepare and submit it for a flat fee of 2,99 €.
3. What we are not
- We are not an airline, a travel agency or a ticket seller.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any airline named on this site. Airline names are used only to identify the carrier a claim concerns.
- We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.
- We do not receive or hold refunded money. The airline pays you directly.
4. Accuracy of airline policy information
The airline policy information on this site records what we read on the airline's own published material and the date we read it. Airlines change these terms without notice. Every policy page shows when it was last checked and links to the source so you can verify it yourself. Where we have not verified an airline's policy, we say so and route the case to a person rather than publishing a guess.
5. Intellectual property
The content and design of this site belong to Brava Labs LLC, except for airline names and marks, which belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
6. Reporting a problem
If anything on this site is inaccurate — particularly the refund policy we have recorded for an airline — tell us at info@taxbackair.com and we will check it and correct the record.
